Paul Kariba is an advocate of the High court of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi, and a post graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. 

He has an extensive knowledge of the Law with a bias for civil lit- igation, commercial law, intellectual property law, Employment Law & Debt Collection having been in previous active legal practice at Nyiha Mukoma & Co. Advocates and an in-house legal counsel for Kenya Orient Insurance Limited and APA Insurance Ltd. 

He is a member of the law society of Kenya.
